How much does it cost to lease a Lamborghini Urus?
Updated 7 min read Performance & Prestige
The Lamborghini Urus S and the Urus Performante are both cars we hold, and both are quoted rather than listed — the monthly figure is confirmed with your quote against the exact car and your dates. Fixed around it: a three-month minimum term, one month up front then one a month, and 1,000 miles a month included. The Urus SE is arranged through a partner rather than held by us.
What does a Lamborghini Urus lease cost a month?
We quote it rather than publish it, on both. The Urus S and the Urus Performante are cars we hold, so the figure on each comes from us directly, in writing, against the exact car, your start date, your term and your mileage.
What is fixed is the shape: a three-month minimum term on the 1+2 structure, one month paid up front, then one a month, with 1,000 miles a month included.
What is also fixed, and published on each vehicle page before there is any form, is everything else — the refundable deposit, the insurance excess, the excess mileage rate and the driver criteria. The next section is where the two cars actually separate, and it is not where people look.
What does the step up to the Performante buy?
More than the badge suggests, and the published figures are where you can see it. The two cars separate sharply on the deposit, the excess and the mileage, and those are the three numbers you do not have to ask us for.
- Deposit. £7,500 on the S. £10,000 on the Performante.
- Insurance excess. £7,500 on the S. £10,000 on the Performante.
- Excess mileage. £2.50 a mile on the S. £3 a mile on the Performante.
- Criteria. Identical: minimum age 30, five years of full licence held, up to six points.
So the honest way to compare them is not the monthly figure at all. It is £7,500 held against a card versus £10,000 held, and a meaningfully sharper bill if you go over the allowance.
If the up-front position is what constrains you rather than the monthly one, that arithmetic points at the S. Say which of the two matters more to you at the enquiry stage and the quote can be built around it.
What is different about the Urus SE?
It is not ours. The Urus SE is arranged through a vetted partner, which changes who answers for the car rather than whether its figure is listed.
On the two we hold, the deposit, the excess, the per-mile rate and the criteria are ours, published, and ours to stand behind — and we can confirm the vehicle without asking anybody else. On the SE all of that comes back from whoever holds the car and is then confirmed with you in writing before anything is agreed, which is a real step rather than a formality.
There is a practical consequence worth knowing: the SE sets its minimum driver age at 28 rather than 30. If age is what is blocking you, the partner car is the one to ask about.
What do you pay besides the monthly figure?
A refundable security deposit, held against a payment card in the hirer's own name — £7,500 on the S, £10,000 on the Performante. It is a hold arranged with a person before delivery, not a payment taken on a website, and it comes back.
An insurance excess, which is the most you pay towards a repair on a covered claim. On both Urus it matches the deposit figure, which is a coincidence of how the cars are rated rather than the same money counted twice.
Delivery and collection, quoted with the monthly figure against your address and on the quote before you agree to anything. Nothing is added at handover.
None of the three is discovered late. All of them are on the vehicle page before there is any form, and all of them are restated in writing on the quote — which is the order this sector most often gets the wrong way round.
What does 1,000 miles a month mean on a Urus?
For most people who lease a car like this it is more than they will use, and for a small number it is nowhere near enough.
The test is simple and worth doing before you enquire rather than after: take the journey you are actually buying the car for, multiply it by how often you will really do it, and compare. A weekly round trip of fifty miles is comfortably inside the allowance. A regular run the length of the country is not.
Over the allowance, the rate is £2.50 a mile on the S and £3 a mile on the Performante. A higher allowance can be priced into the agreement at the start, which is always cheaper than settling the same miles at the end.
Who can lease a Urus?
On both fleet cars: a minimum age of 30, five years of full licence held, and up to six penalty points tolerated. The same driver has to pass all three tests on the same car, and age and licence history are separate tests — being thirty does not help if the licence is two years old.
Every named driver is checked before the car is booked out: the physical licence, a DVLA check code, photo identity and proof of address. Nobody drives the car who has not been named in advance, and an unnamed driver is not insured rather than merely unauthorised.
The criteria are provisional and are confirmed in writing before anything is agreed. Driver requirements has the full picture.
Is the Urus the right car for a three-month term?
It is one of the few cars on this site that genuinely is. A Urus takes four adults and their luggage, copes with a British winter and a speed bump, and does not need planning around — which matters far more across three months than across an afternoon.
The mid-engined alternatives do not do that. Every one of them is partner-arranged, and considerably more demanding to live with day to day.
If the draw is the badge rather than the layout of the engine, the Urus is the one that survives contact with an ordinary week.
How do you get a Urus agreement confirmed?
Tell us which car, the start date, the term, the mileage and who is driving. What comes back names the exact vehicle and carries the whole stack on one document: the monthly figure, the term, the deposit, the excess, the mileage allowance and its excess rate, the named drivers and the delivery arrangement.
On the two we hold that comes from us. On the Urus SE it comes back once the partner has confirmed the car.
Nothing is paid online. A person confirms every agreement, and the whole cost stack is in writing before you commit to any of it. Start an enquiry.
Common questions
Can I switch from the Urus S to the Performante mid-term?
Ask before you sign rather than after. It is not something we publish as a right, because it depends on what is free at the time and on the agreement you are already on — and anything we do agree goes in writing rather than being settled over the phone.
Can you lease a Urus at 28?
Not either of the two we hold — both set their minimum at 30. The partner-arranged Urus SE sets its at 28, so it is the one to ask about if age is the blocker. Its terms and its criteria are confirmed with you in writing once the partner holding it has come back.
Is the deposit on the Performante really £10,000?
Yes, and it is a refundable hold rather than a fee. It sits against a payment card in the hirer’s own name, is arranged with a person before delivery rather than taken online, and comes back at the end of the term subject to the condition record taken at handover.
Is insurance included in the Urus figure?
The arrangement is confirmed with you in writing before anything is agreed, and we will not assert a position on a page ahead of that. What holds either way: you carry an excess of £7,500 or £10,000 depending on the car, and circuit or competitive driving sits outside what any self-drive policy covers.
Can a business lease the Urus?
Yes. The agreement is with the company, a named driver is listed against the vehicle, and the monthly figure is invoiced to the business. The refundable deposit still sits against a card in the named hirer’s own name rather than the company’s. How the cost is treated in your accounts is a question for your accountant.
