Longer term

from £7,500 a month

We also lease this car. A lease is a longer commitment than a month of hire and is quoted separately, with its own deposit, excess and mileage terms — so the figures above do not carry across to it. The allowance starts at 12,000 miles a year; more than that is priced separately rather than charged as an excess at the end.

These figures are provisional

The deposit, the excess and the mileage terms for this car come from our catalogue data, and we are confirming that data with the insurer while the fleet is finalised. Read them as the shape of the terms rather than as a quotation. What binds is your written quote and your hire agreement, and we check the specific car against the specific driver before you plan around it.

The deposit is refundable and held against a card in the hirer's own name at handover — it is not taken online and it is not part of the rate. Deposits, excess and driver criteria

About the Lamborghini Urus S

It keeps the air suspension the Performante does without, so it settles on a motorway instead of arguing with it. Five seats and a proper boot, delivered anywhere in mainland Britain.

The Urus that keeps its air suspension. Five seats, and settled enough to drive to Scotland without regretting it.

At a glance

  • Twin-turbo V8 driving all four wheels, pulling hard from very low revs
  • Adaptive air suspension: soft on a motorway, firm on a back road, your choice
  • Fast enough that the numbers stop being the point, and easier to place than its size suggests
  • Five seats and a boot that takes four people’s luggage
  • One of ours: we own it, insure it, prepare it and deliver it

What is the Lamborghini Urus S like to drive?

Faster than it feels, which is meant as a compliment. The twin-turbo V8 pulls hard from very low revs, the gearbox is smooth in Strada and deliberately abrupt in Corsa, and the air suspension lets you pick between a settled motorway car and something that corners far harder than a car this size has any right to. It is easier to place and to park than its footprint suggests. The noise is more V8 muscle than Lamborghini V10, and it is theatrical on a cold morning.

How does the Urus S compare with the Urus Performante?

Same engine, different chassis entirely. The S keeps adaptive air suspension and can soften itself; the Performante replaces it with steel coil springs and cannot. The Performante leaves a standstill harder and corners harder still, and the S trades a little of that for a ride you would use every day without thinking about it. Both cars are in our fleet, so if you are undecided, tell us what the trip is and we will say which one suits it.

How much does it cost to hire a Lamborghini Urus?

A refundable £7,500 deposit is held against a card at handover and the insurance excess is £7,500. Each day includes 125 miles, or 1,500 miles across a monthly hire, with extra miles at 250p. If you want the car for longer than a month, that becomes a lease over twelve to twenty-four months rather than a hire, and it is quoted separately.

Is the Urus practical enough to actually use?

More than any other Lamborghini, which is rather the point of it. Five seats, a boot that takes a weekend’s luggage for four, a raised driving position and a cabin that stays civil at motorway speed. It will do an airport run on Friday, a wedding on Saturday and a client meeting on Monday without anyone having to fold themselves into it. Fuel consumption is the honest cost: expect the high teens driven gently, and rather less when you are not.

These are insurance conditions for this vehicle, not preferences, so we check them when you enquire rather than on the doorstep.

Provisional. The age, licence period, points tolerance, deposit and excess above are being confirmed with the insurer while the fleet is finalised — read them as the shape of the criteria, not as a decision on your hire.

If you are under the minimum age for this car, or short on licence years, say so when you enquire. We will point you at something you can hire rather than let you find out on the day.

Questions about hiring the Lamborghini Urus S

Is the Urus S the standard Urus?

Yes. The Urus S is the V8 car that sits below the Performante in the range, with adaptive air suspension in place of the Performante’s steel springs. It replaced the original Urus in 2022, and it is the car most people mean when they say Urus. Which car you are getting, and how it is specified, is confirmed in writing before your dates are booked.

Does the Urus have five seats?

Yes, five seats and a boot large enough for four people’s luggage. That is the practical case for a Urus over a two-seat supercar: nobody gets left behind, and the bags go in the back rather than on a lap.

Do you deliver the Urus, and is it your own car?

It is ours. We hold the insurance, prepare it and deliver it anywhere in mainland Britain, and a person confirms your dates against the diary for this specific car rather than for a class of vehicle. Delivery timing is agreed with you, and we collect from the same place or a different one.

Deposit, delivery and what a hire costs

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is held for the duration of the hire, separately from the rate. The amount is set per vehicle and shown on that car’s page and on your quote before you commit.

Is anything taken online?

No. No deposit and no payment is taken through this website. Nothing is charged until a person has confirmed the vehicle, the dates and your driver details with you.

How is the deposit held, and when do I get it back?

It is held against a card in the hirer’s own name — not a third party’s. It is released once the vehicle is back and checked and any charges are settled; we tell you the release timing in writing when you book.

What can be deducted from the deposit?

Miles over the included allowance, fuel or charge not replaced, damage up to the excess, and any penalty or congestion charge incurred during your hire plus the admin fee for handling it. Nothing else.

Tell us the dates. We’ll confirm the car.

Send us the dates and a delivery postcode — that is all we need to start. Someone here will come back to you with what is genuinely available and the full cost, deposit, excess and mileage included.
