You give us the flight number, we track it, and the car is in position at an agreed point when you come through. Anywhere else works exactly the same way: give us the postcode when you enquire and delivery and collection are confirmed against that address before you commit to anything. Delivery and collection are quoted with your rate, based on the address and the distance. The figure is on your quote before you agree to anything — it is never added afterwards. It depends on the car. Vehicles in our own fleet can often be arranged at short notice; a sourced vehicle takes longer because a partner has to confirm it first.
