# Which car, and for how long?

A person comes back with the monthly figure and the whole cost. Nothing is booked here and no payment is taken.

## What happens once I have enquired?

Nothing is committed and nothing is charged. These three steps are the whole process, including the parts that take time.

- 1 Tell us the car, and roughly how long The car or category, roughly how long, and your town.

- 2 We confirm the car, the figure and the start date Real availability, the whole cost, and a start date.

- 3 We deliver it — or you collect it Handed over in person — delivered, or collected by you.

Cars badged “in our fleet” are ours, and those are checked against our own diary. Anything marked “we can source” is arranged through a vetted partner, so its rate is a guide until the partner confirms it — we tell you which of the two you are looking at before anything is agreed. ## Questions people ask at this point

No. No deposit and no payment is taken through this website. Nothing is charged until a person has confirmed the vehicle, the dates and your driver details with you.

Four things: the monthly figure, the two months paid up front at the start, delivery and collection, and the refundable deposit held against the car. Mileage over the 12,000 a year included is the only common extra, and the per-mile figure is on the vehicle page.

It depends on the car. Vehicles in our own fleet can often be arranged at short notice; a sourced vehicle takes longer because a partner has to confirm it first. We give you a real date and time, not an estimate.

That car is not one of ours. We arrange it through a vetted partner, which is why it carries no published monthly figure and reads "on request": we do not hold a confirmed price for a car nobody has confirmed yet. We come back to you with the figure and the availability together, before anything is agreed.
