Performance & Prestige has no depot, branch or rental counter in London and holds no premises there. Every hire is delivered to an address you choose and collected from it afterwards.

We deliver into London rather than asking you to come to us, so the car arrives at a Mayfair mews, a Knightsbridge undercroft, a Chelsea kerbside or a hotel forecourt in the City at a time you set. The handover happens standing at the car - licence check, paperwork, walk-round - out in the street rather than across a desk. Addresses here run from terraces with no off-street space at all to gated garages beneath new towers, and each one changes the plan slightly. We hold no premises in London and no intention of holding any; the arrangement works because the car travels and you do not.

Typical delivery: Distance is not what governs the window here - the kerb is. A red route, a permit bay and a loading bay each have hours when a car may legally stand and hours when it may not, and the approach to your street may be one-way, gated or filtered. So we look at the street first, then the time of day, then how traffic runs into it. What comes back to you is a window somebody has actually worked out, agreed with you before anything is committed.

Almost no private or hotel car park in central London will admit a covered transporter, and several apartment undercrofts carry a height barrier a transporter could not pass even if it were welcome. So the last leg is usually driven. Tell us the barrier height, the ramp and whether the bay is a stacker, and we check all three against the car before the day rather than on it. Where the answer is no, we hand over at street level on a road you nominate and walk the car in with you afterwards, which takes minutes and avoids a transporter stranded across a mews.
