Performance & Prestige has no depot, branch or rental counter in Birmingham and holds no premises there. Every hire is delivered to an address you choose and collected from it afterwards.

Birmingham sits at the middle of the motorway network, which makes almost every address in the West Midlands reachable without a detour. We deliver to houses in Edgbaston, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield and Knowle, to offices around Colmore Row and to hotel forecourts in the centre, then collect from the same door or a different one. The city-centre streets are the awkward part and the suburbs are the easy part, which is worth knowing before you decide where to take the keys. We hold no premises in Birmingham, so there is no site to visit, nothing to travel to and no hatch to sign anything at.

Typical delivery: What shapes the window here is the Clean Air Zone boundary and the centre's one-way system rather than the drive itself. If the address sits inside the A4540 ring road we check the charging position on the specific car first, then find a street where it can legally stand and an hour when that is true. Out in Solihull or Sutton the driveway settles most of it. You get a window somebody has actually looked at, agreed with you before any commitment is made.

Suburban handovers here are the straightforward ones: Sutton Coldfield, Barnt Green, Knowle and the Solihull villages generally have a drive to work on, which keeps the whole thing off the street and out of sight. In the centre the difficulty is that much of the core is pedestrianised, serviced from behind, or one-way in a direction you would not choose. So we agree a specific bay or forecourt and a specific time rather than hoping, and we stay away from the Bullring and Colmore Row approaches at office hours, when a stationary car becomes everybody else's problem.
